Great beds and pillows. Nice and clean rooms. Convenient location. The front desk staff was very welcoming and nice. They gave us complimentary coffee and breakfast vouchers. Overall, very nice stay.

Bathroom was huge, which was nice. With the ammenities. The actual basin was tiny in comparison. But Hinoki spa, had obvious signs of black mould in the crevices. No towel hook, or bar to hang towel, which I thought was weird - if that’s the Hinoki experience. The extractor fan was loud in the toilet side. TV screen was mounted poorly (slanted). I personally would skip the breakfast. Safe could only handle 4 numbers, 1,2,3,0 for some reason. Location is ideal though. Between BIFF square, Busan station and Gwangalli meant that it was convenient.

I love how big the room was and the bathtub was superb! The staff were overall very accommodating. It was also a plus that the hotel has a restaurant so it made it easy for us to just dine in.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was nice and the location is close to the bus stop. The only thing is the bed is quite hard. Other than that, the room was clean and the tub was nice to use after walking all day.

The room was clean. Mattress was little too hard for us. Staff are very kind and helpful. Convenience stores right next to the hotel. 24hours wash and clean just a minute walk but requires lots of 500 won coins (if you can’t pay by card).

It's a nice property, it's close to the main train station. (Only a 20 min walk, or the next subway stop over from main station.) The property itself is in a back street that looks and feels more local than touristy, but for what it is and the amenities you get, it's a pretty nice stay. Area is safe and conveniently located. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.
