It was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Sad to see jacuzzi is permanently off limits should say that in the hotel booking sites. Love having a sauna. Breakfast options great. We have stayed here a couple of times for ski trips it is convenient to get to them from here.

Staff were friendly and accommodating my youngest that is a selective eater because of her adhd doesn't eat egg and cheese the hotel served for breakfast I spoke to one of the servers I understood he couldn't accommodate me by having plain eggs for my child a few minutes later he told me that plain eggs were being made for my child I was grateful and appreciated the accommodation the location of the hotel is on a main road and accessible to restaurants shopping stores gas stations and the highway shelburne farms and church st marketplace was 10-15 from hotel I was impressed with the stock of towels for after the pool I enjoyed my stay

Pros: lots of good variety at breakfast. Friendly staff, beds were comfy and room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Cons: parking is a little limited and a lot of upgrades were needed throughout the hotel. It did look like they were working on that. Overall for the money it was good.
