“The resort was too worn out and smelly room. Food was not good.”

“I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!”

“Super entspannter Ort. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Essen und ein gut organisiertes Dive Center. Zauberhafte Tauchgründe mit 20 Minuten Bootsfahrt zu erreichen. Wir haben gleich noch einmal verlängert und sind insgesamt 11 Tage hier geblieben. Herzlichen Dank!”

“Comfortable glamping with great view. Clean and comfortable. ”

“The staff are all caring and professional. I had need of nothing.”

“Me gustó mucho este hotel. El personal muy acogedor y simpático, el desayuno muy bueno. Y las vistas desde la habitación fueron espectaculares. Es sin duda un gran hotel.”

“I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for.”

“First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

“Nice and clean room, comfortable mattress, very helpful staff with good English. The bathroom was very small, but well distributed.”

“The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp.”
