“Hotel muy viejo, sucio, camas muy incomodas, demasiada gente y es casi imposible accesar al buffet, comida y bebida de mala calidad. El personal necesita ser bilingüe.”

“We really liked Tarsis Hotel. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Especially the male receptionist and the guy at the door during meals. We felt really welcome at this hotel. The facilities at the hotel was nice, although some places the conditions of the hotel was not completely maintained. But the staff made up for everything. Our room was spacious and well maintained and had everything we needed. The meals in the restaurant was tasty and at the time we were there, it wasn't overcrowded...

“I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.”

“Die Anlage ist insgesamt in Ordnung, wirkt jedoch bereits etwas abgewohnt. Sie ist deutlich einfacher und weniger modern, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und auch die Handtücher wirkten nicht besonders frisch. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln nur unzureichend, sodass morgens viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt und es sich schnell aufheizt. Zudem gibt es keinen...

“Lo mejor del hotel es la piscina, el restaurante y la playa. Lo peor es que no limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento durante nuestra estancia.”
