Staff was exceptional. Person who was at check in desk and person at breakfast both kind and friendly. Breakfast staff person kept everything filled and clean. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. I was impressed with cleanliness of pool area and room.

Beautiful grounds and clean hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the breakfast area was not big enough for a fully booked hotel. We weren't able to take advantage of the free breakfast due to overcrowding and a chaotic area. I will say that the woman maintaining the breakfast area looked like she was working HARD to keep things full and clean.

Property was very pleasant. When you first walk in, you can smell soap. (Based on past experience at other places, believe me when I say this is a GOOD thing) Staff are friendly and very helpful Breakfast was great Hot tub is one of the better ones we’ve been to.

BEST value for UB parents. Small but clean nice rooms, comfy beds, super nice staff (everyone). I feel they upgraded their food in the last couple of years since I stayed here. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff especially the young girl with short hair worked so hard with a great attitude. The coffee was good. Excellent price for all of the above. Close to all the stores new college students shop for their rooms - Target, Trader Joe's etc. This will be our go to everytime!

We stayed here for three nights over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options each morning. We also loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, bread, cereal, juice and coffee. The hotel was about 30 mins from Niagara State Park. If you don’t mind driving to/from this hotel is perfect. But if you are looking for something closer I would say look for another hotel close by. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The pool and hot tub was clean.

Everything was great the pool area could stand some ventilation it was really hot and stuffy but other than that the breakfast wasn't enough for the amount of people that was in the breakfast area and I think it should be two people running the breakfast cause the one person couldn't keep up with replenishing the food

We enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn. We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend
