The location was ideal. The room was ok. The a/c worked good. Bathroom was ok. It had a kitchen but I didn’t use it. It really bothered me that outside and stairwells were not cleaned or maintained like the surrounding properties. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fridge , stove, microwave, ac were good. I cleaned the room the first hour and half I was there. No one is at guest area after 10pm until some time the next morning. Hallways only get very little spot sweeping. Didn’t see a vacuum. Halls in bad shape. Entrance glass terrible this is the first impression it should be maintained, stairwells have not seen a broom or mop in I don’t know how long. Was not a good experience. Could see roach bait under all counters in rooms too. I would never put a child in these rooms. Pet rooms are not separated there fore my allergies were horrible trying to sleep.

Overall our stay has been good. It's like a small apartment away from home. We like that we can make food in the kitchen area in our room. It's definitely an old building, and some things need updating. But overall it's clean and comfortable. The outside needs some work. It's pretty dirty on the property. An outside garbage can would go a long way.

Price and location was great. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The desk person at check in was professional and helpful even when some of the guests were not. The property is a little dated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cooking/eating utensils were provided on request- appreciated The negatives- the cooking odors from all the rooms were strong and not always pleasant- to be expected. There was a very large amount of people that seemed were placed there awaiting housing. They were loud and spent a lot of time loitering in front of the entrance smoking , talking loud and making comments. At times this felt unsafe, especially at night.

The room had a couple of damages like closet doors were broken, toilet seat was coming off, kitchen area was sticky, backsplash of kitchen was hanging off. Overall property is in run down state and requires a lot of repair work. Breakfast is cereal bar, coffee machine and packets of oatmeal. Staff was good, but apparently they don't provide room cleaning service for 2 weeks. We were planning to stay for multiple days, but ended up checking out in less than 12 hours. Property manager and staff were good and kind. The manager understood the situation and allowed us to check out early and gave some discount. Thanks to them.

This is a "you get what you pay for" property. I knew going in that it was going to be basic, and possibly a bit of a turn off, but I was looking to save a buck and just have somewhere to crash for the night. You have to summon the front desk person with a doorbell whenever you need someone, but they did come and were always helpful. There are ZERO supplies in the kitchenette in the room, and you must request each thing you might need - I am guessing this is to keep theft/costs/cleaning down, so that's fine. The "breakfast" is some packets of oatmeal and gross packaged muffins, plus coffee and tea (again, I wouldn't expect more, just FYI). The room itself was quite banged up and dated, no surprise. Bathroom was clean enough I guess, as with the bedding. I'd spend more next time, lesson learned! At least the location was great.

It was good for the night since I would leave in the morning. I liked how the room was well and had a kitchen, although I did not use it. Have to say, it’s kind of a strange place overall. As for the front office they were smoking vape which was interesting, and not attentive, one waited a long time to be assisted due to this, they were almost too concerned with themselves. It seems almost like an apartment complex this place.

The parking lot and the ground next to the building entrance was heavily littered with cigarette buts. The halls were unclean and spotted with plastic bottles and paper waste. The windowsills had spider webs and dried food debris ( I have photos). The room was clean with kitchenette as a joke: not a single utensil was there, just empty cabinets and countertop, no any info about what could be done about it (I have a photo). Later I found a printed note at the front desk (I have photo) that pots and utensils should be purchased. On the top of all of these the front desk person said to me at my arrival and before he gave me a key to the room that I have to pay $12 in addition to what I've already paid via Expedia for the room to cover cleaning services ( or something like that, I couldn't clearly grasp what I am paying for ). In my travel times this motel is the worse one I've ever been in.

Never go there.. The day Staff like Justice was not just rude but very rude!!!! They should take classes on hospitality or learn from their counterpart night shift lady who was on night duty of July 11th. The night staff (white lady, sorry don't know her name) was very knowledgeable and took care of issues like missing toiletries, cleanliness, not-working stove by her own! Overall - worst experience of my life!
