Convenient location. Staff was so friendly. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was great and had all the things. My only downside was the old stale smell in some areas. But not all. The staff was accommodating and gave me a great room!

I stayed this weekend at the Comfort Inn University in Amherst, New York. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, our room was clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast both mornings, again with helpful and present staff. I enjoyed a swim in the pool in the morning and loved the fact that a family came down with three little girls to enjoy it as I was finishing up. I highly recommend this location!
