Check in was smooth and fast; room was clean; the table light switches were found broken and reported them to front desk promptly; water pressure in the bathroom was good; breakfast was average (they had 3 hot food available but none suitable for us, vegetarians; of course coffee, bread, bagel and butter was there). front desk guy gave some guidance on routes to Niagara falls; Overall our stay was pleasant.

The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful when asking questions. The hotel rooms were clean, we did need to ask for towels, but that wasn't too big of a deal to us. The Hotel itself is a bit outdated, but didn't have any weird smells like some others do. The breakfast in the morning was just perfect. Overall I would stay here again. There is NOT a lot around this hotel if you are looking for anything late night.

The hotel staff were very nice, room was clean, but a little dated. The only thing that really bothered me is a pool was advertised as an amenity, but the pool was closed and has been closed all summer. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew the pool was closed.

Room was clean. Queen bed was small, more like a full size and it was comfortable enough for one night, but seems to need to be replaced. It was close to our event and the location was convenient.Did not have breakfast as we brought food with us. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the little time we spent there. Parking was easy and and no extra charge.

Was fine to stay in for the night but I don’t think I would do more than one night here. The couple staff I had interactions with were very nice and the hotel seemed clean overall. The pool was closed and not even full so it must have been closed for some time. Our room was pretty outdated so there was alot of things like peeling paint and rusted areas on ceiling vents, in the shower etc. The bed was very hard and the pillows were terrible. Breakfast was decent. Hot foods included sausage patties, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Also had cereal,bagels, fruit, yogurt etc.

Lots of issues here. Room was very small, door did not open / close smoothly. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. A/C did not work well and was extremely noisy. The whole hotel was very warm. This place is very dated and desperately needs fixed up. Pool was closed which was not advertised. Positives were staff was great and the breakfast was decent.

We stayed on the first floor. The room was fantastic for sleeping with the blackout curtains. The beds were comfortable and the room was well appointed. My only minor complaint was that the carpet left our socks very dirty it was probably time to have them steam cleaned. The bathroom was spactious and had plenty of counter space and good hot water and water pressure. The staff was amazing especially the hardworking team of Dario and Shawn from housekeeping. They were all very hardworking, thoughtful, polite, helpful, welcoming and professional. Shawna at the front desk was amazing too. We will definitely stay again.

The property is well maintained and clean except for a layer of dust on the lamps. I guess that's no big deal in the scheme of things. Our room was on a hall well traveled by guests all hours of the night. I didn't have a good night's sleep as I am a light sleeper and people talking in the hall as they passed by woke me everytime. It startled me awake because it seemed like they were in our room. It was that loud. My husband had no trouble sleeping. LOL. The full breakfast was really good.

Disappointed to see the pool was not working. However we were busy the entire time and didn’t have time. The front desk staff were helpful in us switching rooms because of bad springs in the bed. Breakfast and coffee were good and the area was quiet.
