Perfect stay in Palermo

This was our second trip to BA where we stayed at Infinito. It was just as good this year as it was then. The property is a little dated but very clean. Perfect location, especially if you enjoy the nearby parks. We appreciated the efforts they have made to include additional services, such as eggs with breakfast.

This hotel is like an upscale hostel. Rooms are clean, staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was a step up from continental. The sidewalks in front were torn up so harder to navigate to the door with suitcases. But not their fault. Thecardkey is used to turn on the electricity, so make sure you get two. The elevators are super old school with the pull gates and one was so tiny two people could squeeze into it. The hot tub is not a hot tub, but cold. The rooftop deck is fine, but up super skinny steep stairs. The main issue was the noise. We were next to a Health Club that played music all day till 10 at night Every day. Again the staff were awesome and it was clean.

Nothing fancy with this place, but that's fine for the price. It was clean and had one of the best showers I've ever experienced. The water pressure was incredible. The staff was great and accommodating, including allowing me to check out late the day of my flight.

Hotel infinito no cumplió con las condiciones ofertadas en la página. El baño tenía moho fuerte, un hueco en el techo, las ventanas no cerraban bien lo que no solo permitió la entrada del frío sino el ruido exterior. El desayuno estaba acorde a lo esperado y la recepcionista fue muy amable aunque no pudo realizar ningún cambio a la habitación. Al final no hubo reembolso de dinero por políticas que se esperan sean estrictas si se cumple con lo ofertado. Una muy mala experiencia

Hotel simples, limpo, com um café da manhã muito bom, bem localizado, com funcionários educados e super atenciosos. O entorno era seguro, com ruas bem cuidadas, com mercados, restaurantes e pontos de ônibus para locomoção. O único defeito do quarto era a cortina de plástico do banheiro, as toalhas cansadas, elevador antigo e o prédio do hotel necessitando de manutenção. Mesmo assim, voltarei a me hospedar lá, porque os pontos positivos compensam, com certeza.
