Friendly staff and convenient location. However, the stay was disappointing overall. There was a very noisy AC unit next to the room, and the room itself was cold with no option to control the temperature individually due to the central cooling system. The mini fridge was also quite loud. The room lacked a table, and both the room and bathroom were in poor condition. The buffet breakfast is not such, since you have to ask a waiter for every item except coffee which is self service.

Ficamos hospedados no Facon Grande entre os dias 6 e 12 de maio e, no geral, tivemos uma boa experiência, principalmente pelo atendimento. Fomos recepcionados pelo Luciano, que foi extremamente educado, atencioso e um amor de pessoa. Como não falávamos espanhol, todo o nosso atendimento foi realizado em inglês, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia. O check-in ocorreu às 15h e o check-out às 11h. O hotel é simples. O quarto em que fiquei não possuía ar-condicionado, então a ventilação era apenas pela janela. As portas são finas e praticamente não há isolamento acústico, sendo possível ouvir conversas de outros quartos e do corredor. O chuveiro também era bem fraco. Na noite do dia 10 faltou luz no hotel e o gerador não funcionou, mas isso não chegou a atrapalhar nosso sono ou descanso. Mas a bateção de portas dos vizinhos incomodava bastante! O café da manhã não funciona no sistema self-service: você escolhe os itens e o atendente serve para você. As opções eram mais simples, incluindo salgados folheados, pão doce, pão francês, salada de frutas, café com leite, ovos e bacon, sem nada muito elaborado, mas suficiente para começar o dia.

Foi incrível a viagem! E o hotel foi maravilhoso. A equipe é fantástica e atenciosa. O atendente Luciano foi espetacular! O café é satisfatório, porém todos os dias a mesma coisa. O hotel estava muito bem limpo e a localização é ótima. Fica a alguns quarteirões da Casa Rosada e da Rua Flórida. Pra quem quiser se arriscar, também dá pra ir caminhando até o San Telmo. Fizemos esse percurso no domingo sem nenhum problema. Se voltarmos, com certeza ficaremos lá novamente.

Quarto era limpo todos os dias. A equipe muito prestativa. A localização excelente. Muitas lojas e comercio em geral ao redor, muitos restaurantes, farmácias, mercados etc. Área cultural muito próxima, com teatros. Cafe da manhã otimo custo-beneficio. Foi tudo otimo. Parece que o hotel passou por reforma recente, porem a rouparia de cama e banho estava um pouco gasta, mas acredito que em breve deve ser renovada. Voltaria com certeza.
