As always, the Serwe Château is my favorite hotel in Colorado. The cleanliness, the bedding, the views, the bar and the staff make it such a delight to stay there and I look forward to it every time and refer all my clients to stay there as well.

The property was beautiful. Staff terrific. Food and beverage great. We checked in after dark, then we woke up and discovered that in the beautiful morning sun our room was filthy. The furniture was worn and stained. Fingers prints and spills. Mildewy shower curtain. We paid for a premium room with a gorgeous view and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
