Nice hotel, very friendly and supportive staff. Small room (when travelling with large suitcases) and breakfast is organised in a neighbouring location. Breakfast is pricey but good alternatives are nearby.

A lovely hotel with a warm, cosy atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Despite having a restaurant on-site, the hotel felt peaceful, relaxed and welcoming throughout our stay. We also attended a stargazing event on the Thursday evening, which was a real highlight. The person leading the session was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the stars and planets in a really interesting and engaging way. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent staff. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return!

The hotel decor is just magnificent, will not disappoint on the luxury side. The attention from the staff was the best. The restaurant is really really good. The only slight inconvenience is that getting a seat at their cocktail bar or restaurant can be hard at night but that is more a testament to how good both are. The bar had a world-class pornstar martini. When I go back to Budapest I will absolutely look forward to staying here again. I did not have time for their spa for which passes were given with the booking but that is just the cherry on top.

A beautiful elegant hotel. Wonderful decor which extended to the lift and lift seat! Very comfortable bed. The light sensor beneath the bedside tables was very helpful. Good storage. Great large shower with easy controls. Thick bath towels. Would be useful to have a type of hand rail in the shower. We have stayed in 10+ hotels recently and only one hotel had a hand rail. Helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wonder hotel. It’s stylish, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The staff are lovely. We ate out in town but had breakfasts, which were fantastic. The hotel is brilliantly located on the very edge of the old ‘Jewish Quarter, which is a bit buzzier, but only 10 mins walk from the Basilica. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. I was offered a free VIP spa service as part of my stay but didn’t use it as it’s ‘not my thing’. However, based on the comments of fellow guests, I’ve given it 5 stars
