The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We did eat one night at the sky bar and thought it was expensive however the view and sunset were worth it. Great location, tram stop just outside and felt safe walking about at night. Would definitely recommend. Only slight annoying issue is you cannot sit out on the balcony without having to get up every 10 minutes as the alarm activates.

A very clean hotel with a great overall atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay. The location is perfect – close to the city, with the tram stopping right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get around. The spa area is beautiful and relaxing, and the rooftop infinity pool is absolutely amazing with a stunning view. Overall, a truly wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.

Really lovely hotel, the rooms were clean breakfast was good. The spa was also really nice. However there are tramlines behind the hotel and the trams go past continuously. This does not make for a good nights sleep. We stayed for two nights and did not have more than a few hours between us

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was always well-maintained throughout my visit. The service was great—staff were helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect. The tram station was right in front of the hotel, which made it very easy to get anywhere in the city. Everything was within reach, including shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff of the hotel was great. The guard bar was not as accommodating. They wanted to charge for ice and an empty glass. There was nowhere else to get ice in the hotel so that was deceiving and disappointing. Also, the beds are supposed to be extra large single they were really just single.
