We enjoyed our stay at hotel Charles we had a very nice room with a mini kitchen. It was located close to the bus line and not far off from all the major things we wanted to see. We had parking which is a rare thing the staff what's most helpful we would definitely stay again.

Second time staying at Hotel Charles Would definitely recommend it. Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast and only 30min walk from Fisherman's Bastion. Kind, helpful and friendly staff.

The staff was very nice and clean rooms. The AC cooled very quickly but was a little noisy with the fan. The Wifi was a little slow, but that is the only complaint. It was really nice to have a bus stop directly outside of the hotel to connect to the city very easily. Definitely would stay again.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, both by email before we arrived and with directions and suggestions once we were there. We were in an economy room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The facilities were pretty basic. Very high step to get into the tub. If that will be a problem for you upgrade to the room with the shower only. The breakfast in the restaurant was fine, dinner only so-so. No bar service, beer and a choice of 4 mixed drinks. Very small lobby so no real place to linger. Good value overall for the money but understand what you're getting.

Very clean and spacious studio. Staff nice and attentive. Perfect location, bus stop in front of the hotel, reception sells tickets. I was able to check in before 11.00am as the room was empty, without extra fee-thank you!

Most of the hotel's rooms face outside, where there is a busy road, and therefore are quite noisy. Ask for a room at the back or bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I had to change rooms halfway because of this, but the staff were very accommodating. This is an older hotel, but the up-side of this is that the rooms are big and have a small kitchenette. Everything was spotlessly clean. It is also an easy 4 stops to the centre, and the bus stop is just outside.
