Muy lindo Todo automatizado, totalmente impersona

La habitación es muy bonita y muy cómoda, se nota que fue recientemente remodelado y lo tienen muy limpio. Bien ubicado. El trato es totalmente impersonal todo es por aplicación y entrada autónoma, las instrucciones son sencillas y claras pero si llegaras a tener un problema o pregunta no hay nadie que te atienda y se tardan en contestarte por correo. Si no eres hábil con la tecnología reserva en otro lado. Nosotros por ejemplo no conociamos ese modelo de chapas electronicas de código, al tercer intento se bloqueó y empezó a sonar una alarma y nadie a quien preguntarle a las 11 de la noche. Otro huesped salió finalmente a ayudarnos.

This is for other travellers and expedia Sure the property was clean, good amenities etc. Everything one would require from and air BnB but I put my filter on 5 stars and this was definitely not that! It was NOT a 5 star hotel. After checking it actually is a rating 2 and Expedia filters did not work correctly. I found having to navigate technology and not having a real person on site not to my liking of a hotel. No extra facilities of a hotel The new digital age is not for me and this needs concept should be stressed to unsuspecting travellers. It should be marketed differently and certainly should not come up with the 5 star filter

Can't say how much I loved this stay! I was only in Bucharest for 3 days while working remotely and: - The location was very central, I got so much exploring done and just walked downstairs whenever I felt like lunch or dinner. I also went on a guided tour one of the days and just walked to the bus meeting point since it was so central. - The internet connection was great and the building/neighborhood was mostly quiet during the day so it was easy to work - The area is quite lively at night but not too loud, which made it feel quite safe to me. - I didn't really interact with anyone while there but they did reach out to make sure my check-in went well. Worth mentioning though there was no elevator and the room wasn't particularly bright since it only had skylights. Didn't bother me at all but could be an issue if you're planning on bringing a large/heavy bag, etc

Loved the property and was able to relax as soon as we walked in. The location is perfect as you're right on top of a caffe, and just about anything you need within walking distance of the location.

Old Town chic

Excellent stay in a lovely room. Beautifully decorated with good aircon. We had a small plumbing problem which was fixed within 10 minutes of us calling. The room is well situated in the old town and a bonus is the lovely coffee/ice cream shop below the apartment. Recommend for a stay in Bucharest.

This is an excellent location if you want to be in the old town with all the restaurants and shopping. It's an area that is fun and lively, with lots of restaurants and shopping. A number of museums are within walking distance and Uber or taxis can take you anywhere else. The unit itself is generous in size, clean and bright, with a comfortable bed. We also had a kitchenette, which made it easy to have a coffee in the mornings. The staff is responsive. Be prepared to walk up the stairs as there is no elevator.

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and have everything you need for your stay. The location is right in the Old Town so there's lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The communication with staff before and during our stay to make sure check in and check out was smooth was brilliant too. We had a suite on the top floor (there is no elevator fyi) and the room was very spacious with a huge skylight window.

Holt is a gorgeous hotel in the heart of the Old Town! My room had cathedral ceilings and was filled siege old world charm. The cherry on the cake was the beautiful balcony overlooking the cobblestones streets, where I enjoyed coffee each morning. The room was spotless and staff were prompt and friendly via email. Note - there is no front desk here and you must walk up steep marble steps to the rooms - but it’s worth it! Book a stay at Holt and get ready to enjoy magical Bucharest.

Great location, the place is in the center of the old town with all the restaurants and bars. Nice and clean. No parking, Uber/Taxi or public transportation access only. Make sure you go on their site and get the link to the check in ahead of time, so they send you the code for the door before you arrive. We did not, and it took a bit of back and forth, trying to find a phone number to call until we got to enter the room. Overall, I recommend it without hesitations

I have mixed feelings about this property. The room was really beautiful but it had skylights without shades so the room got very hot and even after pulling the curtains over, lots of light came in. My room was on the top floor with no lift so LOTS of stairs. The bathroom had a lot of black mold growing in the shower. Area was in the old town but not in the crazy loud part so it was quiet at night and felt safe.

Great location- terrible check in

Great location and good quality room. My only (major) complaint was the check in process. There was no mail/ communication sent saying that we had to register our check in. And the contact number for the hotel is listed in New York and was impossible to contact. We were stuck outside (with another couple- not part of our trip) for upwards of 90 minutes trying to get in. From there, you need to pay either a deposit waiver or a 200€ deposit which was also not advertised.

I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get hotel.com call the owner and there is no way to contact anyone at 2am.

There is not enough space available here to describe just how bad this property is. The lack of customer service and amenities is appalling. Don't be fooled by the photo on the left; For example, while there were complementary tea, coffee, and sugar, there was no coffee creamer or UHT milk, which meant these had to be bought – nor were there any teaspoons or other cutlery, which meant we also had to acquire plastic spoons from a nearby café. Our stay was for six days, and as part of the rental agreement required the suites to be left clean, we had to purchase cleaning materials as none were provided. There was an inadequate supply of toilet rolls and napkins and no provision of detergent for washing-up the provided cups, mugs and drinking glasses. The 'suite' I occupied was spartan and could hardly be described as luxury. Only one restful chair provided in a room which could accommodate two for example. No notepaper or pens were provided and no guide for using the television. The balconies were far too narrow, making it awkward for movement. Furthermore, the balcony in my suite extended in front of a window of an adjoining suite, rendering any occupant of that room open to invasion of their privacy, and likewise of mine. As there was an interconnecting door between these two suites, this would only not be an issue if the occupants of both suites were known to each other. The on-line check in and check out system is a farce. Be advised - do not stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HOLT - Old Town! Yes there are stairs to climb, and yes it is a vibrant, busy part of town, so if these things do not appeal to you do not stay here. Check-in was easy. We got the info via email and everything worked smoothly. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was rather firm but still cozy. The bathroom had plenty of amenities, but no body lotion or make-up remover so be sure to pack those items. It, too, was very clean. Nightlife around the hotel is hopping, but not as lively as other locations in Old Town. We did hear voices and music until all hours of the early morning - this did not bother us though. Food options around the hotel feel endless. There's not a lot of shopping beyond a couple of souvenir stores. It's a very walkable neighborhood and we felt safe at all times. We would certainly stay at HOLT Old Town again!

First, never stayed at this property concert before, No front desk staff, but that said when I called HOLT, they handled things. That’s a positive. Yuh do need to buy insurance through them, although optional you never know what will be claimed after the fact from a country location you don’t live. I did get locked out of building, but it got resolved. Location was central to everting. Roiom very nice. A/C unit was odd to operate, but fashionable. Lots of positives, but it is a unique experience and thus enjoyed. Sorry if this seems mixed, but it’s different to traditional stay.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

The location of the hotel was great right in the area of Old town but away from the loud noise. The check-in process could be simpler by sending an email to inform guests of the check in process because I was completely unaware until I got to the hotel close to 11pm and had call a NY several times before I reached someone for assistance and even when I did the instructions given took several attempts to work and calls and messaging back and forth. Very frustrating. The room was quite nice! However, when using the shower water pretty much goes everywhere due to not having a shower door and the drainage not working adequately to keep the water from wetting most of the bathroom floor. Several towels were used during my stay to prevent a possible slip and fall from all the water. A microwave could be useful as well but not a total necessity. Overall not bad tho!
