Great location next to the Grand Place in the heart of Brussels. We had a nice room and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant and can heartily recommend the breakfast even it was n the expensive side.

I was not familiar with the hotel, we had a wonderful stay, the location is incredible, the staff was the best from the moment you arrive the doorman are there to greet you, front desk super nice and efficient. The concierge was the friendliest and caring I have not seen in any 5 star hotels. I highly recommend this hotel

One of the best hotel experiences. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We did need help with some things and the staff delivered seamlessly. The hotel itself could not be better located. The hotel is extremely clean, pleasingly decorated, and smells nice. We did not use any of the facilities or eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. Our room was really great. Spacious, clean, and pleasingly decorated. Many electrical outlets and some direct USB. Makeup mirror and great quality hairdryer. Well laid out closet that helped us be organized. Space to organize toiletries in the bathroom. Great water pressure and temperature. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Very highly recommended.
