Our stay was confortable and this hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lobby was beautiful, but the room we stayed was dingy and outdated. But other than that, it was great.

The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the central train station and five minutes in the other direction to the Grand Place. We used it as our base to explore the smaller cities in the area (Bruges Mons Lille…) and the hotel was perfect for this purpose

This is a very nice hotel only a few minutes walking distance to Grand Place - which is an absolutely amazing site. Lots of history in Brussels and at the Grand Place. We enjoyed the on-site bar and the included breakfast.

excellent location. Very close to the Grand-Place. There is also an underground car park next to the hotel if you are driving. Room clean with all amenities needed for a few days. As we visited in a heat wave the water filter machine just outside the lift was well used. All the staff were welcoming and helped with all our requests/questions without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Novotel is a professional hotel chain offering good modern service. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!
