We had a great stay in a beautiful area, perfect for walking around, with plenty of coffee shops, patisseries, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the daily housekeeping kept it very tidy, and the staff was consistently helpful. One small note on the breakfast quality: on consecutive days, I noticed flies around the open food, and I also saw a small fly inside the covered cake display.

Location and friendly and courteous staff were highlights. Will definitely consider staying there again if we visit Brussels and will also recommend to our friends. Minor feedback was that I found housekeeping response to be a bit slow- but nothing major- ran out of coffee and creamer - called for it but did not get any. Also asked for ironing board it came after we left the room.

The staff were very kind and I was actually able to check in an hour early as my room was ready. The breakfast was very nice and beds very comfortable. The WiFi was reliable and easy to access. On my last night there was a noise issue in a nearby room and they kindly (and very quickly) moved me away so I could sleep.

The hotel room was spacious and everything you'd expect from a 5 star facility. The neighbourhood had plenty of options for food and entertainment. We were lucky arriving on a Wednesday, when the market was on and a mere 2 blocks away. Fresh and plentiful stalls and of course, plenty of people. We loved our stay, just wish it had been longer.
