Nice and diligent staff. Great brekfast. Rooms are comfy enough. The hotel is located steps away from the Grand Place, restaurants and shops, and the train station. Several relevant Brussels landmarks are at walking distance. Definitely a very good choice when staying in Brussels.

I loved my stay at ibis hotel! The location is so convenient and such a lively atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk out there is so much going on and everything is such a short walk away! Grand Place and the airport is close by, as well as restaurants, shopping, and museums! I did not have to take any transit for the majority of my trip! My room was nice, a good size for a solo traveller! It was clean and well kept throughout my stay. The staff was very helpful and informative! Would definitely recommend this place while staying in Brussels!

The hotel is very central and it is a budget hotel but it’s quality at a budget rate. I thought the breakfast was excellent and the fact that it includes fresh orange juice and you can make your own pancakes added to a really nice experience. Everything is next door to the hotel it is a five minute walk to the central Square. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating, probably some of the best stuff I have had to engage with on a trip. I had a lovely day at the ibis. The only points I would know is that the rooms were quite warm and it was difficult to keep windows open as it is central so it is noisy. The Aircon really needs to be a bit more powerful. I also felt the Floors needed a good hoover.

Very good hotel, great location only about 100 meters from the Grand Place. Staff very helpful, good selection of breakfast choices. Quiet at night. Close to the Center station and the start point of the Tootbus hop on hop off bus tours.
