Awesome staff

My stay was exceptional, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. The service was outstanding, and the amenities made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It was quiet at night, convenient the beds were comfortable. The room was quite clean but a bit tatty, it needed a new shower cubicle, curtains and redecorating.

The accomodstion served its purpose of providing a roof over our heads. However no net curtains covering the large windows. Limited crockery including one broken wine glass. Weak shower. Easy to reach from the tram. Arrived late & email provided details of how to get key. Room good size and clean with twin beds. All a bit tatty. General area doesn’t have the nicest feel. Bit run down, dirty & graffiti, but no problems.

Easy access to tram/center of town.

Close to tram station THOMAS to easy access to the center of town. Room 202, 4 beds, tea kitchen and fridge. Very varm in the room, no AC, only windows to open. Very friendly staff. Ekstra parking in closed indoor place. No elevator but stairs.

Apartment was fairly clean but no air conditioning or fan so it was very warm. On the ground floor we could see and hear people walking past our window so we had to keep the curtains closed. Reception staff was friendly and there was parking available.

This appartments hotel is good if you want to stay with a reasonable price for a long or short stay in Brussels. The building needs urgently refreshment and renewal but the rooms in general are good! The kitchen helps you to prepare a small lunch or dinner however there are some restaurants around not so good though, neither very close to the hotel, you have to walk a little. Transortation is easy by thetram or bus. Personel were very kind and helpful. Overall a nice stay!

Dirty, smells like mold. Lonely men drinking and shouting during the night and banging the doors. Not safe for a female traveller. Would never go again and would never hope the experience for anyone. The lady at the reception was lovely. Otherwise the place was the most horrible place i have ever stayed. Do not go there.
