This is an older property, but with charm. Location can't be beat, and if you like a smaller hotel, this is the place. Most of your shopping and restaurants are just two blocks away, so no need to drive anywhere. Staff were very helpful. We will be back.

St Simon’s Inn by the Lighthouse is a unique boutique hotel. We selected our room based on our review of all rooms, each one different. We selected our room based on pictures of 2 comfy recliners in the room and they were so comfortable after a day of swimming and beaching. A perfect choice for us. Brunch is not elaborate but a very healthy and substantial way to start the day. And parking is convenient and ample space for all guests. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order which meat climbing with luggage to the second floor for us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was great and Inn is within walking distance of the village with many great restaurants. The common areas are very clean and well maintained. Their 24 hour coffee machine is great and breakfast was okay. We were not very happy with our room as it was not as pictured on their website. Bathroom was extremely small with mold on the ceiling and basin had leaked in the past with visible hole in the wall and damaged drywall not repaired. Other rooms may not have the same problem and our stay was pleasant enough to rank the Inn 4 stars.
