All of the staff, except one housekeeper, were super friendly. The facility is in the process of being renovated. You do have to ask for housekeeping services, which was a tad annoying. Great location.

The renovations were the only thing hold back this property. The shower handle was extremely loose and the hallways could have been better attended. Everything else was good from the beds to the towels. The staff was excellent from Trinity, Reese, and house keeping we could not have been greeted by a nicer people. We recognize that we were there during the slow season but we were glad we chose this property.

It is important to note that this property is under renovation. Although, there were no disruptions during my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. While not all amenities were available, the pool was open and very enjoyable. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

I loved the size of the room and both beds were comfortable. The hot water did not get very hot and the toilet kept running. This hotel is about to undergo renovation so maybe all will be better upon another visit. I liked that the room had a balcony but I did not like that I couldn’t use it. The view was great. The continental breakfast was meh. All tea was decaffeinated except for the green tea. A mixed review but overall still liked it for a 1 night stay. Staff did not go out of their way to welcome us or check that they could do anything to make our stay more pleasant.

Great location, the gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and a great young man. The property is currently under construction, which we knew, still was a great stay. The pool could have been cleaner but there are a lot of trees around that I think effect this. Parking was easy and overall was a nice stay.

Room was large and appointed well enough . Stocked well with body washes and lotions and beds were comfortable . View from balcony is nice of the lighthouse . The location is very close and an easy walk to the village for restaurants and shopping or just to go to tne pier to watch container ships come and go .
