It was a great place to stay. I had a few negatives. The beds were SUPER firm and the pillows were FLAT FLAT. I booked this place only because of the hot tub only to arrive to find out it was out of service. VERY CLEAN rooms. Staff was super nice and helpful. Had a decent breakfast. I would book again if the hot tub was working.

Cons: Room smelled old and like a musty dog had been in there before us. Smell went away after we were in there for a day. Carpet had a big stain that was just covered with carpet powder and partially vacuumed up. It wasn’t terrible but not the Hampton Quality in my opinion. Pros: breakfast and staff were awesome. Never ran out of anything and always stocked up. Great job breakfast crew! Also right next to a CVS that stayed open late in case you forgot something.

The strongest part of this hotel is the staff. All were happy to help. Celest was especially helpful. This bright, friendly, intelligent woman went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would happily hire her any day. She is the very best part of the Hampton.
