Very charming, historic inn! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Easily walkable around Bruges from the hotel. We stayed in the family suite and had plenty of room to relax! Watch your head in some places, as the charmingly old wooden beams are low in places! We loved our time in Bruges and would stay here again!

What a lovely hotel in Bruges! The room was nice, the air conditioning heavenly after a full day outside and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed reading in the courtyard, with the sound of the fountain- very relaxing!

The room wasn't clean at all, the air conditioning wasn't working and in the night outside was 21-22 and inside the room 25 and couldn't sleep. The manager didn't help or try to fix the situation, and prefer to defend that the days were to hot, instead of fixing the air or cleaning the filters that were totally block of dust. The lights for getting to the room have to be turn on manually by us... one day trying to turning on in the darkness we turn push the emergency button by mistake that was right above. We don't recommend it. The location is good.

We had an excellent stay. The location is perfect and a fantastic base. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and our room (whilst small) was clean, air conditioned and well appointed. Breakfast was a good standard and we enjoyed finishing our days in the hotel bar. Would highly recommend.

Loved this hotel! I walked from the train station and it was about 25 minutes. The location is walkable and convenient to the whole city. Helpful staff, loved my single room on the top floor with its exposed beams. Would definitely stay again.

This historic hotel is very close to the centre but on a quiet street. The rooms are themed and ours was a former horse stable on 2 levels (sitting area downstairs and bedroom and full bathroom upstairs). The stairs between the 2 floors were a bit steep but manageable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast (hot and cold buffet) was very good. We chose to park our car in the hotel parking garage (the hotel gave us several parking options). We were given the parking garage address and good instructions on how to find it and access it. We’ve never used a parking garage car elevator lift so that was a bit stressful at first. No problem exiting the garage once we’d mastered the lift. This hotel is clean and in a good location for those wanting to stay in a place with historic charm.
