Property is located nearby all of the must-sees but is tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The woman who checked us in and out was fantastic and fun to talk with, and this morning, we left extremely early, around five in the morning, and the man working the night greeted us and gave us coffee to go. One of the best trips ever and Bruges is beautiful!!!

The room was quite small and had two small single beds pushed together. They were comfortable enough for our two night stay. The room was clean and we were left fresh towels outside our room as we had a ‘Do not disturb’ sign. The room had a coffee machine, toiletries, safe, mini bar etc as extras. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes to walk into the town centre and it was quiet at night. There was a small car park attached to the hotel but we parked in the public car park just around the corner for half price. We would stay again.

This was absolutely a luxury hotel experience. It is a well earned 4 star hotel. Cannot imagine a more smooth stay. Location is central and perfect, staff were wonderful, room was spacious and bathroom was excellent. Probably my nicest hotel stay of my trip and would totally come back
