“Ok, so this is a bit of strange review. The hotel was nice, so were the staff …. BUT, while staying there, my daughter went to bathroom and grabbed a towel to dry off her face. The towel was neatly folded with 4 or 5 others, but when she lifted it and took a look, it had brown stains on it. No joke, she thought they might be chocolate and called my wife over … they were NOT chocolate. There were other cleanliness issues as well, though minor in comparison to feces on your towel. “Everything was perfect, except for the way to the rooms, it has a stair without a ramp and I had a big luggage so it was a little dificult to climb the steps of the stair with the luggage. Also the hotel is a little old I suggest to start remodeling it. there was NO problem nether with the room, or bed or shower, eeverything was nice and clean. ”

“The hotel cancelled my reservation and did not notify me until I was there to check in. Even worse, they said they had refunded my money when in fact they had not. Be warned that reservations mean nothing and whatever you do, don't prepay for your stay.”
