Lovely hotel with excellent staff. There is heating but no air con. We stayed during on of this year's many heatwaves and certainly needed the fan the hotel provided, but were also glad we'd brought a couple of small usb fans.

Absolutely loved it, from booking in to checking out the whole stay was superb, very friendly staff, vintage but quality finish to the rooms, the food is top level stuff, and the cost was reasonable for the whole stay, couldn't fault the place, highly recommend.

Great location, easy secure indoor parking, Lucy on the front desk was terrific. Granted there was a heatwave going on but the front facing room we had was baking hot on arrival. Drawing the curtains would have helped a little and although one fan was on, another would have been even better. Some iced water on arrival would have been a nice touch. Small details but its attention to detail that really counts in hospitality. Look forward to returning! Thank you.
