This is a great little guest house! Proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the room was quaint and clean. They even let us come by a few hours early to leave our bags which was very nice. We were on the top floor though so the room was a little hot as it was around 30 degrees celsius when we were there. However they did provide a fan which was really helpful.

The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad to have a kettle and teabags provided. The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Very good. The room was cute and cozy. Close to the beach and fairly close to the centre with all the shops. I also appreciated that there was a mini air conditioner as it was very hot.
