Wendy the GM went far and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! Amazing effort that made our family stay memorable while we were there for my Mom's funeral. She reserved the board room so we could all get together for a game night and Fairmont's famous Country Club Bakery pepperoni rolls. The pool and hottub added a lot to our stay. Excellent place to stay. Not to mention becoming a member gave us discounted rates plus a bunch of point were added for our 4 day stay. Enough to stay for free on our next visit to a Marriott property.

The hotel smelled of weed throughout. The room wasn’t as bad but the halls were bad. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was definitely showing its age. The bed was very comfortable but the pullout sofa was squeaky so I heard my kiddo everytime they moved.
