I love love LOVE this hotel! Amenities were so thoughtful! An electric teapot, a nightlight in the bathroom, etc. Just really love the character of the hotel, location, everything~

I do not recommend this hotel based on failed room access, an unexplained opening of my replacement room, and no resolution when I raised these issues at reception. - Around 4:30 a.m., I could not re-enter room 604. Replacement keys and staff’s attempt to restore the lock failed. - I was moved to room 607, but my belongings, medications, and toiletries remained locked in 604 until approximately 7:10 a.m.—about 2 hours 40 minutes. - Around 9 a.m., someone unlocked and opened room 607 despite my Do Not Disturb sign. Only the interior security latch prevented full opening. - At 11:30 a.m., I requested a resolution and was told the manager was unavailable. I requested a callback and provided my number. A replacement room did not restore access to my belongings or prevent further sleep interruptions. The prolonged lockout also raises concerns about emergency access, especially if urgently needed medication were inside. Reliable room access, privacy, and rest are basic expectations. This stay fell short on all three. I would not stay here again.
