O apartamento sem qualquer cuidade, cama ruim, furo em todo imóvel. Travesseiro, jogo de lençol péssimos, cobertos sem qualquer possibilidade de utilização. Apartamento em péssimo estado de conservação, mal cuidado, banheiro com teto inteiro com umidades. Inclusive o Hotéis.com deveria reembolsar parte da minha hospedagem e requisitar imediatamente a retirada desse imovel do anúncio.

A unidade que ficamos precisa de uma reforma no banheiro que tem buracos na banheiro/chuveiro, vazamento de agua que me parece vir da banheira porem teve uma tarde que nao utilizamos o chuveiro e mesmo assim o banheiro ficou todo molhado. a tv nao funcionava - e estavamos em dias de copa do mundo. a manutencao tentou no ajudar, mas mesmo assim ela voltou a nao ligar. As toalhas estao bem usadas e bem finas, na minha opiniao precisam ser renovadas, pois nao enxugam direito. O staff do hotel foi bem prestativo e atencioso, mas ele podem nos ajudar ate certo ponto.

Reservei uma diária e só consegui ficar algumas horas, o colchão da cama de casal estava péssimo! E por isso decidi sair logo depois de ter entrado. Outro detalhe: Check in as 15h, só conseguimos adentrar no quarto às 15h50m com a ajuda da portaria, pois o anfitrião do apto não respondia. É um flat particular. Não gostei.

Quarto limpo porém muito antigo e precisando de manutenção. Espelho do banheiro trincado, toalhas simples e de textura fina e aspera. Não havia edredon ou cobertor para a cama. A unidade está no Kubitschek, mas não segue o mesmo padrão nem tem as amenities usuais no banheiro. Um quarto antigo e simples em um hotel de 4/5 estrelas.

Equipe de funcionários excelente. O Kubitscheck Hotel e uma atração a parte. Porem, o andar. No mínimo deveria ter sido previamente explicado na oferta. Trata-se de um apartamento particular dentro do hotel. Logo, o Hotel não se responsabiliza por nada e não presta assistência. O quarto está velho, com muitas coisas estragadas e um cheiro ruim. As cortinas estão quebradas e nojentas. O quarto não fica totalmente escuro. O microondas não funciona. Ele liga mas não esquenta. A tv não tem controle remoto e só tem canais abertos. O colchão de casal está deformado pelo uso e os lençóis são menores do que precisariam ser. Estava tão ruim que dormi na cama de solteiro. No geral, o estado de tudo é muito degradado. O lugar precisa urgentemente de uma reforma completa. Até a base cama box tem plástico pela metade. A falta de cuidado se percebe em todos os sentidos. Enfim, uma experiência ruim em todos os sentidos.

Roupa de cama com aspecto de sujo,colchão muito velho e sujo,chega afundar e qualquer problema que você tiver no quarto não será resolvido é um flat independente pessoal do hotel não resolve nada apenas te passa o número do dono do flat e ele não vai atender e nem resolver nada.No quarto que fiquei nada funcionou TV estragada,frigobar estragado e tinha apenas duas tomadas no quarto e uma não funcionava,tentei entrar em contato com o número do responsável não tive nenhuma resposta,então não compensa.

Total falta de informação do app ou de quem aluguel o quarto de um hotel. Vejam: A televisão e ar condicionado não estavam funcionando e não consegui obter qualquer contato com os "responsáveis" por telefone. as Ligações ou mensagens enviadas eram desconsideradas , ate mesmo não atendidas propositalmente... A informação que o quarto do hotel era de aluguel privado, só soube no check in, por mais que a recepção tivesse boa vontade, não tinham qualquer gerência sobre o imóvel. Ruim, não recomendo, ao menos, esse flat de aluguel privado. Jamais tive qualquer retorno.
