From check in with Brina (breena) to check out this hotel was amazing! Very reasonably priced, clean pool, clean rooms with a wonderful bright pain job, and the breakfast room was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back.

Staff was great, cleaning was good and housekeeping was unobtrusive, but met our needs daily. Breakfast was light on options, but can't be beat for the hotel price. Parking was nice since it's just off the strip and had a lovely park we walked to daily. The property is dated, but kept up. No real complaints since we were budget traveling anyway. For budget friendly there's probably not a better place to stay in Branson.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights on a motorcycle trip. It was a great value and allowed us more cash to do stuff in the area. The hotel definitely has a dated feel to it, however the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful, and the location perfect for enjoying Branson. Would definitely stay here again

Probably the least expensive hotel i have rented in years. Breakfast was my only complaint, it wasn't bad, (except the coffee, which was horrible), just limited selection. So we only are the complimentary the first morning. I'm not a big breakfast person anyway. Other than that, our stay was fantastic!!! I haven't slept that well in years, Super quiet! Just what we needed!

Loves the place. It was clean and quiet. Parking was easy since it was right in front of my room door. I saw a few families with their kids around the pool and I figured it would be loud all night but it got quiet at 10pm. The bed was a bit to firm for my taste which is the only downer for me.
