Our room was clean and the beds were excellent! I had several questions about my reservation add on and they were very helpful. We used the pool to do some exercise walking due to the heat outside. My only disappointment was the jets on the hot tub were not working due to the control panel being broken at the time of our visit.

The room was muggy the whole time even though the A/C was running no air in the workout room, felt like working out in a sauna. Breakfast was excellent and coffee good. Outside needs maintenance and so does the inside. For almost $200 dollars a night did not meet my expectations.

The accommodations could not have been better. The hotel had no issue with us having a dog which we really appreciate. I was very surprised by the regular happy hour fundraiser the Tuesday evening we were there. We stayed twice in a week. This is the only hotel I plan on staying at when we visit the Sioux Falls/far southwest Minnesota region. It was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is just 5 miles from the MN border, which is great when you are going to or from the Twin Cities. The experience was superb.

Super friendly staff, clean modern rooms with everything we needed. Fun play area in the pool area, kids really enjoyed that. We were able to gather in the breakfast area late into the evening and hang out with our friends and the staff didn’t bother us. Will definitely stay there again if in town!

Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Some room for improvement in common areas (elevator was noisy and jolty, hall carpet badly needs re-stretching or replacement). Staff were fantastic, breakfast was very good. The pool area is geared towards kids for sure, but my 12 year old had fun and there was plenty of seating for parents to supervise.

I will start with a great breakfast!!! The downfall came with the room itself. We had a bathroom that was not up to par. The tile was cracked and loose. Ketchup (let's hope) stain on the dresser the tv was on. The pullout couch was not level... something seemed to be broken and the staff said they were not able to let us change rooms.
