Everything was good the food, room, pool, manager but not a worker name Raj!!

Only therefore one night but was very impressed with the hotel and staff. Would definitely return. High standards all rr

This hotel is really well located near the Village in Toronto. Transit is very close, as are good cafes, bars and restaurants. That's all great. My room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and spotless and the shower was incredible. But the place feels shabby. Damage on the plaster walls. Old blinds that don't open very well with parts falling out of the wall. Etc. It was a decent price for the location, however and for two nights it was fine.

Compared to other Shangri-La s Ive stayed at in other countries. This one felt a bit cheap with the layout, decor and snacks/bar in room. Very cash grabbing. Tacky lobby too. But the food as BOSK for breakfast was delicious the housekeeping staff are lovely to speak with and the room size is very big.

The staff was very helpful. Hotel was very clean, facilities were modern

Everything excellent. Really good base. Only reason for 4 star is the room got quite warm at night. Might be the energy saving system
