The staff were welcoming and gave me a room in the area I wanted. The wait person was excellent and the dinner and wine great. This hotel has a great location and loads of free parking spaces. Highly recommend.

There was no continental breakfast which in my opinion for the price you’re paying, there should be. While the staff was very nice, the rooms were run down, paint was chipping on the walls. The hotel itself smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The ice machine was out of service. The food on the menu is practically all frozen food.

The staff was friendly and it was clean. I was in a Conor room by the stair case and other doors were loud and made my room door rattle. It was a little unnerving since I was staying alone.

Staff cleaning Philippine lady sarcastic over a simple question. I stayed in the first floor the carpet was wet and moldy looking not to talk about the carpet design it’s just ugly. The ice machine don’t work. Microwave isn’t accessible in room only in lobby other than a few things though the overall the indoor area was beautiful and the pool was one of the best pools I’ve seen at a hotel with a nice ambiance.

The woman at the check-in desk was really friendly. I forgot my key in my room and went down to the desk and she remembered me from earlier. Everyone at the check-in desk said hello every time I walked by. Megan made the bar/restaurant experience. Funny, fast, and very personable! I went back the second night just to see her!

The pool and deck area were amazing, the food at the bar was great but, the best part about the stay was the staff; they were very helpful and friendly. They also have an outdoor basketball court, that me and my son were able to play on. My only critique would be to add a bench or chairs in the gym so you can do more exercises with the dumbbells'.

The property is showing its age, though there is renovation work happening (that of itself isn't attractive, but I'm of the opinion that a little construction disruption is worth the distraction if the results are an improvement). The room I was in clearly hasn't been renovated in the last 30 years, but the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. I'd have enjoyed my view of and access to the indoor pool had I been there long enough to have a swim, but my stay was very short. For what I paid, it was exactly what I needed. I wouldn't pay a premium in its current state, but I see hope on the horizon.
