Vacations Close To Bowling Green Ballpark

Everything was great, the only issue I had was the couch in the room was so dirty and stained. The amenities and staff were amazing. The rest of the property was beautiful.

The hotel overall was nice. We liked our updated room the most. The decor in the room was pleasant to relax in. The beds are very comfortable. We really like the barn bathroom door. A microwave and fridge in the room were a plus. The room had plenty of space, as well as a desk and sofa. I will say the housekeeper who cleaned my room did very well. The breakfast wasn’t what we hoped, because it didn’t seem freshly cooked. The waffles are good because you make them, and they were good. There were a few options to choose from. I mentioned this because I’m used to a better quality of food items. I did have an issue with the bar that served food; however, it was handled when brought to their attention. The staff were kind!

I got pre arrival instructions in a timely manner - which informed me I would get a security code before my arrival. Sadly I had to contact them and ask for the code. Checked in and was explained where the room was - Soon as we got into our room around 5pm - we noticed a very unpleasant strong smell - contacted front desk and the customer service text number - we were informed someone would check on it - After we both got headaches and no further advice we left the room to get fresh air. Stayed gone several hours giving them time to follow up on the matter. We kept receiving text messages explaining someone on staff would contact us - sadly no contact. Finally after 11pm we got a text stating that customer service was closed for the evening and would open at 9am the next day. We decided to checkout since we couldn't bare the smell any longer. Was expecting an enjoyable trip to Nashville sadly had to take husband to the ER since the smell was messing with his sinuses.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from the mall and downtown Nashville, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable place to stay. One feature we really enjoyed was the complimentary happy hour. It was a great perk for guests who wanted to unwind before heading out for the evening or simply relax by the pool. The only minor issue we experienced was the noise early in the morning. Around 7:00–8:00 a.m., we could hear doors slamming. I’m not sure if it was staff preparing rooms or other guests, but it was noticeable enough to wake us up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the convenient location, cleanliness, and welcoming amenities.

The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast and bar was good. The staff was nice and helpful.
