“Lovley clean room and bathroom. 2nd floor room with quite steep stairs, no lift so beware if you are not very agile! Room 6 is basically in the roof, OK in winter but would be very warm in summer and noisy with gulls around as overlooking the other rooftops. Toilet had a macerator which was noisy and didn't quite flush properly once or twice - wouldn't like that again! “Set in beautiful grounds was lovely to sit at the top of the gardens with a glass of wine taking in the view. Nice room, not particularly big. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great both evening and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”
