The receptionist staff member called Bee was very helpful. She helped me sign in on my phone and with the wireless Internet. I had a problem with the shower, she looked at it and straight away organised another room for me. A very professional member of staff. Couldn't fault her .

check in was straight forward though you will need to pay £15.00 to park which is not the end of the world parking is secure bedroom was big only a short walk to the pier and beach also there is live entertainment friday and saturday currently which we enjoyed benefits of being a resident overall a great expereince would recommend

Reasonable value all round but could do with modernising a tad. The antique hair dryer created a horrible burning smell. Other than that the room came with everything you’d need or expect. Pillows I found horrendously uncomfortable. Overall ok, room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. £15 for parking is a bit of a liberty.

Hotel Review The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the beach and train station. The room was also a good size and comfortable enough for two adults and two children. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the curtains were extremely dirty and clearly in need of cleaning. The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of basic facilities. In the 21st century, it is difficult to understand why there is no fridge in the room and no breakfast available, especially when paying nearly £242 per night. At that price, I would expect much better cleanliness and at least basic facilities such as a fridge and breakfast options. Overall, the location and room size were good, but the poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities made the stay very disappointing and, in my opinion, poor value for money.
