Lovely surprise!

Low-budget hotel (as you can expect from Ibis) but surprisingly with a big room, everything smells brand new, shower with good water pressure and attentive staff. Simple, but a good breakfast. Bed was huge and comfortable. Easy access to the roads to the University or city center. Would definitely stay there again!

O Hotel é de fato ótimo, tem boa localização, café da manhã excelente, equipe cordial e muito solicita. O atendimento é IMPECÁVEL! O único problema é a mola da porta do quarto, os hospedes não tem o bom senso de se assegurar em fechar a porta sem que ela bata... isso de madrugada causa imenso desconforto. Mas... cada vez mais há pessoas sem qualquer senso comum em não fazer barulho ou tagarelar alto ao sair do elevador em qualquer hotel.

O hotel segue o padrão da rede, mas tem problemas de manutenção. A vedação da janela estava ruim e ela não segurava o barulho da estrada; a caixa de descarga estava com problema; o estacionamento estava lotado e havia vagas interditadas, aparentemente sem motivo. O hotel estava cheio e a equipe, insuficiente, não conseguiu dar conta da limpeza do salão e da reposição dos itens do café da manhã. A limpeza do saguão estava deficiente. Precisa melhorar.

O check-in é às 15h. Cheguei às 12h, conforme informado aqui no site, mas nada pôde ser feito mesmo acompanhada de uma idosa. Excepcionalmente a atendente das 12h é antipática e monossilábica. Sobre o estacionamento, apesar de constar que as vagas são limitadas, haviam várias vagas isoladas e sem uso. Ao chegar à noite, fomos orientados a estacionar na rua, sob a justificativa de que o estacionamento é uma cortesia e não uma obrigação do hotel. Por isso, deixo apenas um alerta a futuros hóspedes, se guardar o carro dentro do hotel é uma prioridade para você, vale considerar que há poucas vagas disponíveis e talvez seja melhor avaliar outras opções de hospedagem na cidade. Por outro lado, o quarto é acolhedor e o café da manhã muito bom, com variedade de pães e também opções para vegetarianos. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel? Não!

Incrível!!! Superou todas as nossas expectativas. Hotel padrão Ibis só no preço. Quartos espaçosos com camas king maravilhosas e roupas de cama e banho excelentes.
