Hotel is exactly where you want to be, right in the center of a pedestrian only street and in the middle of all the attractions Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant Raised entire trip and didn’t get to visit the roof bar, did however go to have a look and am determined to go back and enjoy it

The Hotel Salem was WONDERFUL. We came into town for our honeymoon and it was perfect- comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, attentive staff, and an awesome rooftop bar with some of the best clam chowder. The location was absolutely perfect for all the sights and was close to all of the best food places. 10/10, we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was great and the bed was so comfortable! I would have loved to check in a bit early after taking a red eye flight into town but my room was ready promptly on time and they were nice enough to hold on to my luggage while I went out exploring the town during the day. The rooftop restaurant and bar was delicious and the view was so beautiful! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend checking this one out!

Amazing location for a stay in Salem, especially when here for the Halloween festivities. Everything is walkable and staff was so friendly. Our only issue was our sink wouldn’t drain and we reported it, but could tell it didn’t get looked at while we were out. We spent 3 nights here and just got used to seeing water/soap/toothpaste floating in the sink.

The hotel staff are awesome and helpful. Hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian section of Essex. MTBA parking is only an 8 minute walk and very inexpensive.
