It’s near our child’s college so we chose it out of convenience. The staff is nice but we requested wash clothes be brought up two nights in a row and nobody ever brought them up. Our bathroom sink hardware was loose so we are rating our stay just average.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the amenities were great. The parking was down the hill a bit, which could be an issue for some people. That was really the only negative, though.

I had a great time staying here, I felt comfortable, safe and was treated amazingly.. the staff was very friendly and helpful, shout out to Dimitri who is an amazing customer service guy, he made sure had everything we need to have a comfort stay.. One thing I didn’t like was, they didn’t had a microwave in each room, and that was one of my biggest concerns, especially having a baby and having to sanitize his stuff using the microwave. Other than that, everything else was great.

I'm so glad I booked this hotel because it exceeded my expectations. The receptionists were very helpful in guiding us through our entire experience. Our room was on the 5th floor, but the elevators made everything easier. The room was super clean and had all the basic necessities to get us through the weekend. The complimentary breakfast was great, offering many options. The only downside is that the parking garage isn’t attached to the hotel, so you have to walk to the hotel with all your luggage, but it wasn’t as bad as people said. I will definitely book with this hotel again!
