I was attending a conference at Northeastern University and it was a convenient walk to the campus. The hotel provided breakfast in the morning and the stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Room was clean and the parking on the street was very accessible. That was probably one of the biggest advantages - easy street parking if you have a car. (Free on the weekends, otherwise 2 hours on weekdays before moving to another location on the street.)

Room and facilities were clean. Amenities were good. Staff very attentive. Complimentary breakfast was great. Bathroom and bed very good. Location was excellent. Only two things I believe should be changed are that the pillows available were very flat and flimsy and made our sleeping difficult- almost like a cheap motel. We asked housekeeping to change our pillows but the new ones were the same. Also, the laundry room had only one working washer and dryer so there was a backup of people waiting to use. If you would change these two areas then I would give this hotel excellent rating all the way around.
