They really nail all the little details and every staff person we interacted with was lovely. The hotel is so pretty, rooms are well appointed and the food and drink options def rival the four seasons around the corner. We will def be back.

I could not fault this hotel in any way. After long days out sightseeing and shopping it was great to get back and relax. This was our first time in Boston so we’re not sure which area was best to stay in. However the hotel’s location in Back Bay was excellent.

In general this hotel was exquisite. Rooms, onsite restaurants and facilities were nice, staff were extremely friendly and polite. However I was somewhat disappointed in the spa experience. Spa seemed poorly attended, showers without toiletries, empty glasses and towels from previous guests left out. That said my massage was perfect, the masseuse was wonderfully talented and lovely.
