We enjoyed our stay. It’s right across the street from the beach with beautiful views and near a ton of restaurants with one of the nicest being right downstairs. The rooms were clean and showers were nice. You could definitely see some things needing updates in the hotel but they always had someone working on things so looked like they are keeping it up. Would definitely recommend.

This is about the only hotel with a pool (modestly warm, if you're old go in the afternoon) and an elevator. Very comfortable with easy parking (24/7 on the bayfront).

Nice place to spend a day or two. The AC is working only in the room, the bathroom remains hot, humid and poorly ventilated even with the forced ventilation on. Restaurant downstairs is very nice, coffee shop is good as well but having a choice metal silver wear to eat would help. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

It was a convenient walk to the beach and parking was available most of the times. The building was quite old and not very well maintained. the floors and the doors were quite noisy. If you have a noisy neighbor or kids running around upstairs, it can get a bit annoying.

The property sits right at the Atlantic Ocean and a quick walk across the street. I noticed that they added additional amenities since I was there last including bikes and beach chairs. the room was spotless, the staff very helpful. Since it was 100 degrees out, I did not use the fireplace or hot tub. It is great all four seasons. I have been going to this hotel for years and know I will be back.

The nice, tender spot in Boston Strong’s world is located on the South Shore @ Nantastic Beach. In the center of great waves, IPA’s, stuffies and incredible views. This historic spot never let us down. The high rise of the Bay may wipe away the beach at times but the timeless beauty and comfort of this gem will forever shine like the diamond at Fenway. Which we visited several times on trip.
