Room was clean and staff for the most part was friendly. Our floor , the 6th, had daily weed smoke mostly in the mornings. The shuttle may as well not exist. We asked to go within a 2 mile radius, as the staff and website stated, and was told ‘we’re not a taxi service.’ Ask two other times to go to nearby destination spots and was told they couldn’t accommodate.

Great location, but a few operational hiccups The location is excellent, staff were fine, and parking was great. However, there’s a disconnect between Expedia reservations and the hotel’s system — I had to get my final bill corrected to match Expedia’s pricing details. More importantly, rooms need to be checked before check-in. Ours had no working HVAC when we arrived. The staff did move us to another room, which I appreciated, but the whole situation was avoidable and made for an unpleasant start to the stay.
