First things first- the staff!!!! They were incredible! I mean possibly the nicest people I’ve ever met in all my hotel stays. Super helpful and kind. Traveling with a baby is stressful in itself, but everyone I spoke with offered to help in any way possible! The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were kind and helpful/ respectful. The hotel was in a great location and super close to lots of shops and food spots. Great area to walk around. I didn’t try the bar or breakfast but it smelled delish every morning when I headed out. 10/10 would recommend! I will definitely stay there again on my Boston travels!

Excellent location for any Fenway Park adventures. Lots of local restaurants and convenient for many other sites. Excellent front desk staff. Rugs could use to be cleaned or replaced - the one in our room look shabby. One of three elevators was out-of-service causing long waits and crowded rides. I would definitely consider the property again if staying in Boston.

This property was just remodeled and everything was brand new. The location is perfect, the staff were so kind and helpful and the rooms were beautiful. The gym was probably the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. It had everything you could want. We already booked another stay!

Came here for the 4th of July. Staff handled the crowd well. Room was spotless and very comfortable. My one complaint is that the shower had terrible pressure and barely any hot water and I don't think it was just due to too many people at once. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

An overall good experience in terms of the customer service and room was marred by toilet seat that was broken when I arrived in the room and a TV that continually kept reverting back to “no signal” which made it difficult to access the streaming services when I returned in the evening.

This Hilton is going to be our new go-to in Boston. We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels around there (Sheraton, Weston), but this is our favorite. Why? 1. Nice and helpful staff, who are empowered to improve the guest experience. We were upgraded us to a lovely room with a curved window and view of Boston, and the staff was able to give us a later checkout. 2. Recently renovated. Beautiful gym! A/C system in the rooms is SILENT. Note: pool is still being renovated. 3. Great location. Walkable to Fenway, Pru mall, Copley square, Newbury st. 4. Small hotel, compared to the Sheraton across the street which is a conference hotel and has an impersonal feel. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice hotel that’s neat and clean. The staff was friendly. There were a few issues though. I bought water from the hotel at check-in. When we got to the room, there were water bottles in the room. The TV was located in a weird spot in the room and you couldn’t see the full screen while laying on the left side of the bed. It was comfortable in the room and we slept well. In the morning, we wanted to eat at 11:30am and wanted to use our hotel credit. We were told that breakfast ended at 11am and that they don’t serve lunch on Sundays. The next meal available would be dinner. It’s odd that they wouldn’t extend breakfast a bit if not serving lunch. When we checked out, we were told that we’d receive a receipt by email showing all charges. After looking at the receipt, I realized the additional charges of $65. I called because I didn’t know what it was for. The person we talked to at the hotel said the charge was a mandatory destination fee of $34.95 that covers water, wifi, laundry, etc. This was not disclosed at check-in. I told her that we purchased water for $22 and no one mentioned it, it was included in the mandatory fee. We were told that the fee was on their website and that a lot of people miss it. I felt they should disclose it at check-in, but was told that they didn’t have to disclose it because it was on their website. I think that’s bad business. Overall, it was a nice stay, but beware of the extra fees. They also charge for parking.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The big issue I had was the elevators were terrible. The hotel had 26 floors and they were sold out the weekend we stayed there. One of the three elevators was completely out of service. The two remaining elevators took turns breaking down. I was staying on the 22nd floor and I got stuck on the 6th floor for several minutes with about ten people on the elevator. Once it started moving again the doors opened on the twelfth floor and everyone ran out because we were scared and I ended up walking the final ten flights to our room. We called the front desk to ask what they were going to do and the answer we received was they were really busy right now with check outs. The front desk people were rude throughout the entire stay. Each time I had to take an elevator up or down I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator to arrive and sometimes it was so full when it arrived that I would have to either wait another 10 to 15 minutes or I would have to walk down 22 flights of stairs. It really made our stay there miserable. You could tell everyone else was miserable too. There were many unhappy guests there all weekend.
