This is a great location for visiting Salem. It is in walking distance to the waterfront and all the major sites. We also used this as our main base for visiting Rockport, Gloucester and Marblehead. While the location was main selling point, the front desk staff was very friendly and had great suggestions for local restaurants. We would return to this hotel.

A nice hotel located within walking distance from the Salem train station, and 6 mins from the Salem Witch Trials memorial. All the main attractions are within walking distance (10min - 20 min) from the hotel. The breakfast was good and the checkin was easy.

Huge plus is the location of the hotel. The parking was convenient. The front desk staff were very nice and helped any way they could. Breakfast had options and the staff generally kept everything well stocked. The pool is small but well maintained. It was very chilly though the length of our stay.

Clean hotel, clean room, check-in was a breeze. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There’s a microwave, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer and toiletries in the room. My room needed a little TLC but nothing major. Free breakfast throughout your stay. About .5 mile from museums but centrally located between the wharf and Essex street. I would stay here again.
