We stay here at least once a year. It's in a perfect location to visit the campuses of Harvard and MIT. The rooms are always clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love the pool and hot tub. We will continue to have this hotel on our yearly trip to the Boston/Cambridge itinerary.

The room was spacious and clean and I loved how they cleaned our room daily which is unlike what most hotels do today. I also left some items behind and the staff mailed them back to me. I very much appreciate this high level of service. The shuttle to different areas of Boston was very helpful and convenient and when there wasn’t enough room for me and my family the front desk ordered me a Lyft. I highly recommend this hotel.

From check-in to check-out this place was perfect for a work trip I took this last week to Boston. It is outside the main downtown area which was nice to get a break from. Harvard is literally around the corner and across a bridge from the property. The staff was AMAZING and took care of every question and helped me feel comfortable and cared for.

We had such an amazing time at the Double Tree. We arrived at 1am and the staff was absolutely understanding and helpful. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the Charles River. The Double Tree cookies were also warm and oh so addictive. The hotel is within walking distance to a Whole Foods and Walgreens. There is also a lobster place just across the river. If you are visiting Harvard, there is daily shuttles taking you to the school with multiple drop off/pick up locations. This will also be the hotel we will book when we are in Boston in the future.
