Check-in was easy, and the staff very pleasant yet professional. I however felt that the hotel should have more than one elevator and that breakfast should be included as a prepaid option. Other than that our stay was comfortable, the property is well maintained and not too far from Gillette Stadium. The breakfast options were ok and there are restaurants close enough for order and delivery.

Everything was great- clean, everything worked, and the staff were friendly. The only issues were with the bedside table and the bathroom door. The bedside table drawer would not stay closed and the bathroom door was hard to open and close because the door was starting to disconnect from the top hinge.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food.

I expected a standard stay, but the "aroma" of this hotel had other plans. From the elevator to my pillow, the scent of marijuana was inescapable. It felt less like a hospitality chain and more like a botanical dispensary with beds. While the staff was friendly, the ventilation system clearly gave up years ago. If you’re looking for a professional environment, keep driving; if you want a contact high with your continental breakfast, you’ve arrived.
