This hotel is clean and comfortable and in an excellent area of Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were areas that could use some TLC, like the caulking in the bathroom and such, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean and perfect for short stays. The building is old and elevators were not the best, they were slow and noisy, a bit of a nightmare if you are claustrophobic. Staff were great, fast both during checking and check out. Great location in the Back Bay Area.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. Its a ver y convenient, well placed, clean hotel. It is slightly dated, and the amenities are minimal, and always better to opt to use valet parking, but, that being said, its very budget friendly for a downtown Boston location!.

Clean, comfortable room, steps away from Copley Square and five minutes to Newbury Street. Quiet at night, despite fronting a busy street, and the blackout curtains worked well to keep the room dark. This is an older hotel, which gave it a lot of character! The location cannot be beat. All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were well kept any clean. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
